Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer the position of Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent, providing an excellent opportunity to work in Greece with paid relocation support. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with a variety of inquiries related to products and services.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage and document customer interactions comprehensively using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and processes to offer informed support.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer communications.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote or multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with full support for relocation costs.
