This role involves delivering top-tier customer service to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and queries are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries related to products and services promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle difficult customer situations.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with relocation expenses covered.
