Position: Power Systems Engineering Expert - Visual Reasoning Benchmark
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$85/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Author benchmark problems in Utilities & Power Systems.
• Source genuine professional artifacts like grid and electrical diagrams.
• Write problems requiring reasoning beyond text alone.
• Determine concise, unambiguous final answers.
• Develop step-by-step worked solutions at a professional level.
• Tag each problem with domain, artifact type, skill tested, and difficulty.
• Ensure problems are reviewed by another domain expert before release.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with real power systems and utilities artifacts.
• Ability to engage in structural, spatial, and multi-step reasoning.
