About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior API Sales Manager to drive strategic business growth and acquire high-value B2B clients within the iGaming industry. This role is focused on developing new partnerships, managing complex enterprise-level sales cycles, and closing large API and aggregation deals with operators, platforms, and other industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and generate high-value B2B opportunities within the iGaming industry
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Build relationships with operators, platform providers, aggregators, and enterprise clients
  • Utilize existing industry network to engage decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and structure customized partnership agreements
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals, including revenue share models, setup fees, and special commercial terms
  • Represent the company at international iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, and Finance teams to successfully launch new partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to sales strategy development and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • 3+ years of experience within the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of closing deals with operators, platforms, aggregators, or other iGaming companies
  • Strong understanding of API products, game aggregation, platform solutions, sportsbook, payments, or SaaS products
  • Existing network of decision-makers within the iGaming industry
  • Experience conducting complex commercial negotiations and international sales activities
  • Fluent English (B2+) and Russian
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and business meetings
  • EU residence permit, visa, or work authorization is highly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling API integration or game aggregation solutions
  • Additional languages, particularly Spanish
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of international iGaming markets and industry events
  • Experience mentoring junior sales professionals
