Hello! We`re Abakus School - we’re a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. As we grow across Europe, we’re expanding our support team to better serve familiesin English and Romanian.
Your Role
Be the trusted point of contact for parents and teachers — from onboarding to course completion. You’ll:
Support clients via chat, email, and calls on our platform
Manage schedules, course changes, teacher swaps, and account updates
Communicate clearly and warmly in English and Romanian
Solve issues fast, anticipate needs, and boost satisfaction with our services
Run check-in calls and handle feedback with care
Keep records accurate and workflows smooth
Requirements
High level of English and Romanian (speaking & writing)
Russian language on a basic level (general understanding of speech in russian)
Tech-savvy: quick with tools like Google Workspace, CRM, chat platforms
Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure
Team player with initiative, optimism, and a service mindset
Experience in customer support or education is a bonus — but your attitude and skills matter most.
