USA Firmware is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager – Embedded & Connected Products to drive growth across our engineering services, software development, embedded systems, and connected product offerings.

This is a consultative, hunter-oriented role for an experienced business development professional who understands technology and enjoys building meaningful relationships with engineering leaders and executive decision-makers.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, expand industry relationships, represent the company at trade shows and industry events, and help clients solve complex technical challenges through USA Firmware's engineering capabilities.
This position requires someone who can comfortably engage in conversations involving embedded systems, software development, IoT architectures, hardware design, cloud-connected products, and engineering services.
The ideal candidate understands that modern products rarely exist as standalone devices. They recognize the relationship between embedded hardware, firmware, software applications, cloud infrastructure, IoT connectivity, and the complete product ecosystem. They are equally comfortable speaking with engineers, engineering managers, and executive leadership.
