In a nutshell, as a Product Manager you will work closely with the business, users, clients, developers and other stakeholders to understand needs, define priorities and translate ideas into clear product requirements.

Input into the portfolio roadmap and own the roadmap for your product area.
Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
Create themes, epics, user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
Create simple wireframes, mock-ups or visual examples to communicate product ideas and user flows.
Work closely with designers and developers to shape user journeys, prototypes and final product experiences.
Review product designs and provide constructive feedback on usability, layout, user flow and overall app experience.
Ensure product features are simple, intuitive, visually coherent and aligned with user needs.
Use mock-ups and examples to help stakeholders understand proposed product changes before development begins.
Develop and monitor product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
Make pragmatic trade-off decisions, balancing user needs, business goals, design quality and technical constraints.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Product Manager.
Experience working on digital products, ideally including web or mobile applications.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes or visual examples for digital products.
A good understanding of UI and UX principles, including usability, user flows, layout, hierarchy and what makes an app experience feel polished and easy to use.
A strong eye for digital design and the ability to recognize when an interface feels confusing, cluttered or inconsistent.
Ability to communicate product ideas visually, not just through written requirements.
Ability to work closely with designers and developers to turn user needs into well-defined, well- designed product features.
An understanding of Agile and Lean practices.
An understanding of web technologies and how digital products are built.
A pragmatic approach to prioritization and a good understanding of MVPs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product and design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Mobile app Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
Experience using design or prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq or similar.
Experience reviewing wireframes, prototypes or user journeys.
An understanding of user research, usability testing or customer feedback methods.
Experience with story mapping and example mapping.
Experience using Jira and Confluence, or similar tools.
