Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
- Assist in the development of client success strategies and processes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
