Job Description

As CI&T grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven solutions for our customers. This role is pivotal in balancing analytical expertise with hands-on execution, ensuring that our data initiatives are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented.

The Senior Data Analyst will oversee the analysis and interpretation of data to support the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis, and collaborative skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while actively contributing to daily operations.

Data Analysis

• Conduct thorough data analyses to support business and digital product growth

• Improve understanding of business data and inform strategic decisions

Requirements Definition

• Work closely with stakeholders to define clear, specific, and achievable data requirements
• Define how analytical outputs should be presented and consumed

Business Process Understanding

• Develop a strong understanding of business workflows
• Identify relevant sources, entities, and attributes to answer business questions

Validation

• Validate analytical products with users
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations
• Leverage metrics and feedback to support decision-making

Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics
• Measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Data Architecture Understanding

• Understand the technical architecture supporting data initiatives
