As a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance in Danish. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support to Danish-speaking customers regarding endproducts.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, usage guidance, troubleshooting, and order processing.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product information and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product features and company policies to deliver informed assistance.

Requirements

• Outstanding command of Danish and at least a B2 level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally related to physical products or endproducts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
