About the Role

We are hiring a Founding Brand Partnership Manager to help introduce Satori to pediatric clinics across the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • communicates exceptionally well 
  • thinks conversationally under pressure 
  • can create trust quickly 
  • learns fast 
  • wants to grow into a long-term sales and partnership role inside a high-upside company 

This is NOT a high-pressure telemarketing role.

We are not looking for aggressive closers or script readers.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • communicate calmly and intelligently 
  • adapt naturally during live conversations 
  • simplify complex ideas clearly 
  • speak confidently with healthcare professionals 
  • create curiosity without sounding salesy 

You will primarily speak with:

  • practice managers 
  • office managers 
  • operations leaders 
  • pediatric decision makers 

Your primary responsibility is to:
generate high-quality conversations and qualified meetings for leadership.

Over time, strong performers may grow into:

  • Account Executive / Closer roles 
  • strategic partnerships 
  • revenue leadership opportunities

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Strong candidates often have backgrounds in:

  • outbound appointment setting 
  • healthcare outreach 
  • healthcare BPO 
  • insurance communication 
  • medical scheduling 
  • US-facing sales communication 

Pediatric or healthcare experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

What matters most is communication quality, learning ability, professionalism, and conversational intelligence.

Compensation

Based on:

  • communication quality 
  • interview performance 
  • outbound experience 
  • healthcare communication experience 

Performance Compensation

Qualified Completed Meeting Bonus

$30 USD per completed qualified meeting

A qualified meeting means:

  • the decision maker attends 
  • the clinic matches our ICP 
  • a legitimate operational discussion occurs 

Revenue Participation

1.5% recurring commission on sourced accounts for up to 12 months.

Performance Bonuses

Top performers may also qualify for:

  • monthly performance bonuses 
  • quarterly bonuses 
  • expanded compensation opportunities 
  • promotion into closing and partnership roles 

Earnings Potential

Strong performers who consistently generate qualified meetings and contribute to sourced revenue can meaningfully increase their monthly compensation through:

  • meeting bonuses 
  • recurring commissions 
  • performance incentives 
  • future promotion opportunities 

For high performers, total monthly compensation may grow significantly beyond base compensation over time.
