Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking customers of Booking.com through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and solve customer issues effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with Booking.com products, policies, and services to provide accurate information and support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
