Job Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work for Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Croatian and passionate about providing excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Croatian-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with the support of paid relocation.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
