Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general support related to travel accommodations.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-centric approach, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Stay informed about Booking.com's products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in travel or hospitality sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally.
