Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate with prospective customers in the German-speaking market using various digital channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales presentations and digital solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital sales landscape.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in German, with strong communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Poland with support provided for relocation.
