Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position is suitable for individuals passionate about health technology and customer service, who are fluent in Italian. You will provide excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with Fitbit product inquiries, troubleshooting, and usage to enhance their health and fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat related to Fitbit products.
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, syncing, and product usage questions.
• Offer detailed guidance on Fitbit app functionalities and health tracking features.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Stay updated on Fitbit product developments and health technology trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or health-related products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide customers through technical challenges.
