Your Role

As a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels. Your language skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will help strengthen relationships with our Finnish clients and enhance their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in Finnish via phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
