Your Role

As a Hebrew Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your language skills and customer-focused approach will help maintain strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Hebrew with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist customers by providing clear information and resolving their issues effectively.

Requirements
