Irth Solutions provides cloud-native SaaS for the energy and critical infrastructure ecosystem. Our products cover damage prevention (UtiliSphere/811), asset integrity (AIP/CIM), and stakeholder and land management (Borealis/ILM). Backed by TPG we operate with roughly 400 employees across engineering, product, and go-to-market functions. Our customers depend on our software to protect lives, manage infrastructure, and comply with regulatory obligations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Irth Solutions seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions. Reporting to the CTO, this role owns product excellence in close partnership with Engineering and sits at the intersection of customer value, technical capability, and business growth.

The SVP PM translates company and technology strategy into actionable product plans, balancing customer priorities, engineering constraints, and delivery timelines. This leader establishes the product management practices that will scale with the company as Irth expands its platform and executes on acquisitions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Product Strategy and Roadmap

·       Lead product strategy and execution across assigned product domains, aligned with company and technology direction.

·       Define and maintain clear product roadmaps that reflect customer priorities and engineering constraints.

·       Drive prioritization decisions in partnership with Engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.

·       Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing product value.

Cross-Functional Partnership

·       Partner with the CTO, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams to ensure successful product delivery.

·       Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product adoption, customer outcomes, and revenue growth.

·       Contribute to product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market readiness.

Product Development and Delivery Excellence

·       Lead and scale a high-performing Product Management team.

·       Establish product management processes: roadmap governance, sprint alignment, and prioritization frameworks.

·       Drive disciplined execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimization.

·       Develop data-informed decision-making through product analytics and customer insights.

Customer and Market Engagement

·       Engage with strategic customers and partners to gather feedback and validate product direction.

·       Support customer-facing activities including executive briefings and product demonstrations.

·       Monitor competitive trends and market dynamics to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

·       10+ years in product management or product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.

·       Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps in close partnership with Engineering teams.

·       Experience working alongside technical leadership (CTO, Engineering, Architecture).

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Experience in PE-backed software environments.

·       Background in regulated industries: energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure.

·       Experience managing multiple products or product lines simultaneously.

·       Familiarity with SaaS metrics and product analytics.
