The client operates in the commercial finance space, supporting businesses with funding solutions, particularly within the renewable energy sector. They are focused on building strong industry partnerships while developing efficient, scalable systems to support ongoing growth.
We are looking for a highly capable Sales Operations Lead who can take full ownership of sales operations and CRM systems. This role is suited for someone who not only picks up and executes existing processes accurately and efficiently, but can also design, improve, and scale new systems and processes to support business growth.
This role will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and clear visibility across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in building and refining processes independently. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential, including the opportunity to step into a team leadership position as the business expands.
