Key Responsibilities

• Offer back office support for gaming-related inquiries from Polish-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process improvements.
• Contribute to enhancing service quality by suggesting and implementing operational improvements.
• Stay informed on the latest gaming products, industry developments, and relevant regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade professional skills within the gaming sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, back office, or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and adapt to local culture.
