Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Polish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Polish and passionate about health and fitness technology. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Fitbit customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with their devices and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, device setup, and usage questions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when required.
  • Stay current with product updates, features, and policies to provide precise information.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or fitness sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and computer literacy.
