Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver efficient and comprehensive support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work well within a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses covered by the company.
