You will be the first point of contact for players, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a great gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality player support in French through various communication channels, including email and chat.
• Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions.
• Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience.
• Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (oral and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
