Our client is seeking a proactive, compassionate, and highly organized Healthcare Sales & Support Specialist to support patient coordination, insurance workflows, appointment scheduling, consultation follow-ups, and customer communication for a growing healthcare and hair restoration business.
This role combines healthcare administrative support with consultation coordination and customer service across two related business lines: medical hair loss solutions and hair extension services. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients over the phone, comfortable discussing products and consultation options, and experienced with healthcare administrative workflows such as prior authorizations and insurance verification.
As the Healthcare Sales & Support Specialist, you will assist with patient follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, consultation support, and client communication while helping improve operational efficiency and consultation conversion rates. You will also support administrative workflows using tools such as Google Voice, Google Forms, and Asana.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, sales-minded, and compassionate when speaking with individuals experiencing hair loss or medical concerns. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
