Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in Danish who are looking to advance their careers in customer service within an international and dynamic environment. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer challenges.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and policies to offer the best support possible.
  • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation package provided by the company.
