Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both English and Spanish to join a growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of sales or lead generation experience who is eager to build a career in tech sales and enjoys connecting with prospective clients across international markets.

Candidates with a background in education, teaching, academic advising, student support, or EdTech will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers within target markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
  • Engage with decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Represent the company professionally in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales, lead generation, customer outreach, or SDR-related roles.
  • Previous experience in a start-up
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Background in Education, EdTech, teaching, tutoring, or academic environments is a major plus.
  • Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach is preferred.
