We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud tool, a global initiative for our client. The current local tool in use will be replaced by Service Cloud, which will become the global solution.
At the moment, the requirements gathering and migration planning phases are already underway. The initial goal for 2026 is to drive the discovery process, validate requirements with the business teams, and obtain the necessary approvals from global areas such as Enterprise Architecture, Legal, and Data Privacy.
The client’s environment is dynamic and requires continuous interaction with multiple teams. The global teams are based in Mexico and India, which requires documentation and communication in English. The role will be largely independent, and the requirements and delivery teams will not be from CI&T, at least initially.
Requirements:
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including global teams and external vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage projects while aligning with executive teams and following up on day-to-day delivery activities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce implementations, especially Service Cloud.
Additional Differentiators:
Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
Familiarity with customer service processes.
