We are looking for a highly driven and experienced SDR to support our North American market outreach from India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers (CxOs) in the US market using multiple outbound channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other modern prospecting techniques. Candidates with prior exposure to the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospects to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools (Sales Nav, Lusha, CRM).
  • Proven ability to hit benchmarks for cold calls and reach-outs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and build rapport
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems
