Your Role
As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, offering knowledgeable support via various communication channels. Your expertise will help customers maximize their experience with iRobot’s advanced robotic devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish regarding iRobot products, via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and technical cases.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and software updates to ensure accurate assistance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
- Promote customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are beneficial.
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with robotics or technology products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
