Role: AI Graphic Designer

Monthly Rate: $1250-2150

Availability: 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 9 AM to 5 PM CT

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Create AI-generated or designed static and video ad creatives for multiple brands and industries

- Design ads optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels

- Generate high-converting creative concepts using AI design and ad-generation tools

- Analyze top-performing ads and identify what makes them effective visually and strategically

- Recommend creative improvements and iterations based on ad performance and trends

- Adapt brand styles and messaging across different clients and campaigns

- Produce engaging social content visuals when needed

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaign direction and testing

- Stay updated on AI creative tools, social trends, and ad best practices

Good to have:

- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling experience

- Experience creating both static and video ads for social media

- Strong understanding of what makes a successful social ad

- Ability to critique and improve ad creatives with strategic thinking

- Experience using AI tools for design and ad generation

- Creative, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented

- Comfortable working across a variety of client brands and aesthetics

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience creating short-form video ads

- Experience designing organic social content visuals

- Motion graphics or animation experience

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Must come prepared with suggesting preferred AI tools or platforms for ad generation

- Must be AI-forward and actively leveraging AI in the creative process

- Strong visual taste and understanding of modern ad creative trends
