Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with proven experience selling into European markets. This is a phone-heavy, cold-calling-focused role where success is measured by qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and the quality of conversations with senior technology decision-makers.

You will engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, and other senior stakeholders, helping validate and scale outbound go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects across European markets.
  • Book 1–2 qualified meetings per day.
  • Engage senior tech decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of IT.
  • Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit sales opportunities.
  • Gather insights from calls and share market feedback with the team.
  • Refine outbound messaging and sales pitches based on prospect responses.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline updates.
  • Contribute to improving outbound sales strategy and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Experience selling into EU markets is required.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or growth-related solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Confident speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong phone presence, objection handling, and qualification skills.
  • Ability to consistently book 1–2 qualified meetings per day.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven remote sales environment.
  • CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
