Job Description

  • 1+ year in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation.
  • Experience with paid social, retargeting, display campaigns.
  • Managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience working with landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel logic.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize CPL/CAC.
  • Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis-driven optimization.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion setup.
  • Ability to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Design.

Requirements

  • Own and manage paid acquisition campaigns across key channels.
  • Generate and scale qualified leads through performance marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead quality, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact.
  • Test new channels, audiences, creatives, and campaign approaches.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager on messaging, offers, and funnels.
  • Monitor and improve conversion performance across the funnel.
  • Ensure correct tracking, attribution, and reporting setup.
  • Provide regular performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
