Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and validate design decisions.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of the visual design and user experience across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high standard of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
