As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored solutions in Dutch. Your responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled promptly, effectively, and with the highest level of professionalism, thereby contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, availability, sizing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to maintain brand reputation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and marketing to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and company policies to provide current and relevant information to customers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential;
  • A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
