Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the dynamic team of a leading Online Store, based in the vibrant and culturally rich country of Greece. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who have a genuine passion for e-commerce and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and assistance. You will be the frontline ambassador for the brand, engaging directly with Dutch-speaking customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting issues on the online platform.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on promotions, new products, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
