Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a German Speaking Customer Support position specifically for Booking.com, including a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates fluent in German who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking Booking.com clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with booking inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all interactions are handled with care and accuracy to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Booking.com teams and internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on Booking.com policies, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
