Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Croatian Speaking Customer Support Representative for Booking.com, with a paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for those who are fluent in Croatian and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in the dynamic travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Booking.com customers who speak Croatian via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other related services.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive booking experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Stay updated on Booking.com policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
