Job Description

pubGENIUS is a React.js +Next.js development agency and Ad tech startup. We are looking for stellar developers to join our agency team to build websites and apps for clients in the US and Europe. We specialize in AI, fintech, Crypto, Blockchain, and healthcare verticals, but occasionally serve others as well such as e-commerce.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Python Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of building, scaling, and maintaining robust web applications across the stack. You will work on real client products and internal systems, alongside at least one other developer and with support from senior engineers. Each project has a dedicated project manager to keep things moving.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
  • BA in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
  • Solid experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript
  • Frontend experience with React.js and/or Next.js
  • Comfortable working with relational and non-relational databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and tooling
  • Experience with microservices architecture
