As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, including hospitals, clinics, and individual patients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment, as well as provide ongoing maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair pediatric medical equipment at customer sites
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Provide training and support to customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in pediatric medical equipment
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and its operation
