Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for using data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Experience with database management and SQL

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
