Salary: 1000- 1200 USD/Month

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, organized, and relationship-oriented Sales Support / Intake Support Specialist to support a growing home care agency.

This role is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, we are looking for someone who can build trust with seniors and families, communicate professionally and empathetically, and consistently follow up with prospective clients throughout the intake and onboarding process.

The ideal person is proactive, dependable, organized, and comfortable guiding people through conversations from initial inquiry all the way to signed service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Speak with seniors and family members in a compassionate, reassuring manner
  • Conduct intake calls and gather client information accurately
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral sources
  • Help guide leads through the decision-making and onboarding process
  • Send contracts and documentation through AxisCare
  • Manage and update CRM records accurately
  • Respond to text messages and client inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate communication between clients, families, and the office team
  • Support administrative and customer communication tasks as needed
  • Communicate naturally, follow up consistently, build trust, and help guide families toward making the right decision confidently.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Home care, healthcare, or senior care experience is considered an asset
  • Experience using CRMs and communication tools
  • Experience handling inbound leads or intake coordination
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Has strong phone communication skills
  • Is organized and detail-oriented
  • Can manage follow-ups consistently without dropping leads
  • Is comfortable working inside a CRM
  • Understands how to move conversations forward naturally
  • Can build trust without sounding pushy or overly sales-focused
  • patient, calm, and emotionally intelligent
  • Picks up calls reliably and responds quickly
  • Is confident asking for the sale when appropriate
  • Has previous intake, customer service, or sales support experience
