Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior SDR with strong English communication skills and experience in technical sales environments. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, executing outbound prospecting campaigns, booking meetings for the sales team, and building relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and leadership teams.
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach messaging based on industry pain points.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Handle high-volume outreach while maintaining strong personalization and engagement.
  • Communicate technical products or services confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generated, and response rates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or outbound sales professional.
  • Previous experience in technical sales, SaaS sales, IT services, cybersecurity, software platforms, cloud solutions, or similar industries preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral or professional accent.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.
  • Comfortable working with international clients, primarily in the US, UK, or European markets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Stable internet connection and remote work setup required.
