Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Create and maintain financial models to support business strategy and investment decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in revenue, costs, and profitability, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Support the finance team in monthly close processes and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and support financial decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Ability to work with complex financial data and provide clear, concise insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
