Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will own the OASES roadmap and shape how airlines and maintenance organisations actually run their operations day-to-day. You'll be close to the work — talking to mechanics, planners, and ops controllers, not just executives — and your decisions will affect how aircraft get back in the air.

About OASES:

OASES is a globally used aviation maintenance and engineering platform serving airlines, CAMOs, MROs, and aviation operators. We're transforming it into a real-time aviation operations platform — one that gives customers live visibility, faster decisions, and less manual coordination, with lower transformation risk than the alternatives.

About Valsoft Corp:

Established in Canada in 2015, Valsoft has grown to a global portfolio of 120+ companies, acquiring and developing vertical market software companies, enabling each business to deliver the best mission-critical solutions for customers in their respective industries. A key tenet of Valsoft’s philosophy is to invest in well-established businesses and foster an entrepreneurial environment that moulds companies into leaders in their respective industries. Valsoft looks to buy, hold, and create value through long-term partnerships with existing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Help define and evolve the OASES product strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate operational challenges into product opportunities.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, operational impact, and strategic fit.
  • Support the evolution toward real-time operational workflows and operational intelligence.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Work closely with customers, implementation teams, support teams, and sales.
  • Gather operational feedback and workflow pain points.
  • Use telemetry and customer insight to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Understand competitor positioning and market dynamics.

Workflow Ownership

  • Drive improvements across some combination of Maintenance Control, operational planning, engineering workflows, materials and logistics, mobile execution, and integrations.

Delivery

  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Support, and Commercial.
  • Define MVP scope, phased delivery, and release alignment.

Product Analytics & Operational Intelligence

  • Promote telemetry-driven product decisions.
  • Support operational KPI definition and measurement.
  • Help evolve operational dashboards, workflow intelligence, and decision-support capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or related field.
  • Enterprise software product management experience, ideally on workflow platforms or complex B2B SaaS.
  • Strong roadmap and prioritisation instincts.
  • Comfortable moving between technical and operational domains.
  • Pragmatic, analytical, and outcome-focused — you can balance strategy with execution realities.
  • Strong communicator across customers, engineers, and commercial teams.

A real bonus: aviation, MRO, airline operations, CAMO workflows, logistics, or other regulated-industry experience. Operational intelligence or workflow automation backgrounds also stand out.
