Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support and assistance to users of messaging platforms, resolving their inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions, coordinating with development teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and produce reports to monitor and analyze performance.
• Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new clients are fully equipped to use messaging services.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to propose improvements and enhancements to platform features based on user feedback.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in the messaging or communication technology sector.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in customer interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment while demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms and mobile technologies is highly desirable.
