Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction through outstanding customer service practices.
• Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and application updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to optimize their experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical field is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors is an advantage.
