GRAPHIC DESIGNER JR

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Jr to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Graphic Designer Jr, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including print and digital materials, social media graphics, presentations, and more

- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials

- Create and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials

- Assist in creating and editing videos and animations for marketing campaigns

- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to ensure our materials are visually appealing and relevant

- Work closely with the team to ensure all designs meet project requirements and deadlines

- Manage and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use

- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with video editing and animation software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Understanding of design principles and techniques

- Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print

- Passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve
