UX/UI Designer (Figma, Product Design, User Research & Prototyping) – Remote | U.S. Hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for sprint reviews, launches, and developer handoffs)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a UX/UI Designer to own the full product design lifecycle — from user research and wireframes to polished interfaces and developer-ready handoffs.

This is not just a visual design role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding user behavior

What You’ll Own

User Research & Product Thinking (Core Focus)

  • Conduct:
    • User interviews
    • Surveys
    • Usability testing
  • Translate findings into:

  • Analyze user behavior using:
    • Hotjar
    • FullStory
    • Google Analytics

Wireframing & Prototyping

  • Create:
    • Low-fidelity wireframes
    • High-fidelity prototypes
    • Interactive product flows
  • Use tools like:
    • Figma
    • Adobe XD
    • Sketch
  • Iterate designs quickly based on:
    • User feedback
    • QA findings
    • Stakeholder input

UI Design & Design Systems

  • Design modern, responsive interfaces with strong:
    • Typography
    • Layout hierarchy
    • Color systems
    • Interaction consistency
  • Build and maintain:
    • Design systems
    • Component libraries
    • Style guides
  • Ensure consistency across:
    • Web applications
    • Mobile interfaces
    • Product experiences

Accessibility & UX Standards

  • Design with:
