As a specialist in electronics support, you will assist customers in troubleshooting issues, guiding them through the use of their products, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding various electronic devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with customers to address their questions and concerns promptly.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and propose improvements.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and resources to help customers maximize their product experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting while contributing positively to a team.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support best practices.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is advantageous.
